I have officially launched my career coaching services! 🎉 🎉 🎉

The hardest and most rewarding job I have ever held was when I was managing a team. Being responsible for their growth and satisfaction in the job.

Not letting the challenges you are facing in your life seep into the way you manage that day. Looking at everything objectively. Having the hard conversations.

Helping others build confidence in themselves and their decisions. Being a mirror for others when they need it.

Finding my own coach and obtaining my first coaching certification last year confirmed what I was feeling.

I want to help more women grow into the strong, independent, speak up for themselves type of person they are craving to be.

After spending four years in the start up tech industry (aka male dominated industry) it led me to learn how to trust myself, my observations, my feedback, my concerns -- which then taught me to speak up with confidence.

I want to give back and utilize all of my experience growing my career, being a woman in a male dominated room, believing and trusting in myself, overcoming imposter syndrome over and over again.

That being said, I am proud to announce that I have officially launched my coaching services. As of today, I am starting to accept new coaching clients with start dates as soon as May 16.
